Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically stable patient and ambulant ILD patient. Dyspnea on exertion despite medical treatment. Willing and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concurrent and predominant pulmonary disease other than ILD. Presence of comorbidities that can preclude exercise programme (such as severe orthopaedic or neurological deficit or unstable cardiac disease). Showed unwillingness to follow the protocol. Unable to speak and/or understand Hindi/English. Participation in another pulmonary rehabilitation program within the past 6 months.
