Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women attending the antenatal OPD of the selected tertiary care hospital. 2. Women in the third trimester of pregnancy (34 - 36 weeks gestation). 3. Women carrying a singleton pregnancy with no known fetal anomalies. 4. Women who can understand and communicate in the local language (Odia,English,hindi) as applicable. 5. Women who are willing to participate, provide written informed consent. 6. Women who are decide to delivery in this hospital, available for follow-up until the postpartum data collection period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Women with severe psychiatric illness or those currently receiving psychological therapy/psychotropic medication. Women with high-risk pregnancies (e.g., severe pre-eclampsia, placenta previa with bleeding, severe cardiac disease) that may affect safe participation.
