Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players with over head injuries. Players with no history of low back or lower limb injuries. Players with the age group between 15-30 years old. Both gender, males and females will be included in the study. Players who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with history of any recent injury or surgery. Players with low Back Pain, hip joint or knee joint pathologies. Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other disease or disorders. Players involved in any type of drugs or alcohol consumption or any special diet.
