Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed cases of PCOS by the Rotterdam criteria- Oligomenorrhea and/or anovulation. Hyperandrogenism Polycystic ovaries in USG (antral follicle count greater than or equal to 12 and/or ovarian volume greater than 10 ml). Age Patients aged between 16 to 45 years. Patients willing to fill the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women. Patients found positive with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) , Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) and Venereal Disease Research Laboratory Test (VDRL). Systemic disorders like-uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, chronic liver disease, renal disorder, uncontrolled hypertension and diagnosed case of any type of malignancy. Patients who are contraindicated for basti i.e. 3rd degree piles
