Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria and undergoing surgery . Patient who will give consent for the use of treatment protocol. Patient irrespective of caste, gender and religion. Age group 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with multiple fistula-in-ano, anal prolapse and anal cancer. Immuno compromised patients. Patients on anti-depressant and anti-psychotics drugs. K/C/O : Diabetes, Hypertension and Mentally retarded subjects.

Shool (Pain), Strava (Discharge) and Varna (Color) assessment and Ropana (Wound Healing) effect of Post Operative anorectal wound after application of manjistha ghrita in 10 days post operative procedures.Timepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Vrana ropana (wound healing) will be assessed during intervention period Healing stages of the wound & time for healing process of wound will be observed over 14 daysTimepoint: 6 months
