Intervention1: Transbuccal approach: placing and fixing a 4 hole miniplate through a stab incision through the skin over the buccal after exposing and reducing the fracture through intraoral incision

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 with confirmed mandibular angle fractures(unilateral or bilateral) Those who require surgical intervention for their fracture
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Fractures involving body or ramus Fracture requiring extensive procedures Patients with history of co-morbidities
