Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individual exhibiting bhagandar wsr to fistula in ano their sign symptoms patient without regard to caste religion or economic status fistula track length upto 5cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individual with HIV HbsAg positive patient with uncontrolled diabetes asthma being pregnant the development of fistulas as result of illness such as cancer IBD crohn diseases
