Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male cricket bowlers aged 18-35 years. 2. Actively participating in club or district level cricket for at least the past one year. 3. Willing to participate and provide written informed consent. 4. For the prevalence phase: all eligible male cricket bowlers irrespective of shoulder symptoms. 5. For the intervention phase: participants reporting shoulder pain during cricket related activities and identified through the screening questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of recent shoulder fracture, dislocation or surgery within the past six months. 2. Presence of neurological conditions affecting the upper limb or cervical spine. 3. Known systemic or inflammatory disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis). 4. Current participation in any other structured shoulder rehabilitation or physiotherapy program. 5. Shoulder pain due to non sport related trauma or referred pain from the cervical spine. 6. Players unwilling or unable to comply with the intervention protocol or follow-up assessments.
