Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group between 45-70 years, irrespective of economic status. Pre-diagnosed cases with rheumatoid arthritis. Cases who are simultaneously taking modern medicine like NSAIDS, DMARDs. Able and willing to complete study questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with advanced stage deformities like swan neck, z-line deformities and others, will exclude. Severe comorbidities leading to systemic affection of Rheumatoid arthritis. Patients with other autoimmune disease or systemic inflammatory condition like SLE. Patients on currently long-term steroid or immunosuppressant drugs.
