Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the written informed consent form Recreational pickleball players actively participating in the sport at least once per week Subjects within the age group 18 to 35 years Score equal to or less than 25 as per Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of lower limb surgery in previous 6 months Subjects with hip and knee musculoskeletal injuries within the last six months Subjects with recent ankle fracture and dislocation within the last 6 months Subjects with any neurological disorders
