Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults, without any neurological, orthopedic, and cardiothoracic disorder 2. Participants not engaged in professional or elite-level sports 3. Both right- and left-handed individuals may be included 4. Willing to provide written informed consent and comply with measurement procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any prior shoulder, scapular, clavicular, or spinal injury or surgery within the past year 2. Clinically evident scoliosis, kyphosis, or other spinal deformities 3. Any systemic or rheumatologic condition affecting musculoskeletal function 4. Participants with Forward head posture assessed using kinovea software 5. Conditions affecting muscle tone or coordination 6. Individuals actively involved in sports like swimming, baseball, volleyball, or weightlifting 7. Presence of pain during scapular measurement or shoulder movement
