Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed stroke Presence of clinical spasticity Modified Ashworth Scale 1 to 3 in at least one upper or lower limb on paretic side Household ambulator with or without assistive devices Able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment Mini-Cog less than 3 or MOCA less than 18 Recurrent stroke or bilateral limb involvement Medical instability or pregnancy History of interventional procedure for spasticity management Pre-existing neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders affecting limb function like muscular dystrophy, neuropathies Fixed contractures in the affected limb

To compare ultrasound-measured echogenic intensity via Modified Heckmatt Scale findings with clinical spasticity grading using Modified Ashworth Score of biceps brachialis, pronator teres, gastrocnemius, soleus and in paretic limbs of stroke survivorsTimepoint: Baseline

To compare structural changes in ultrasonographical findings & functional performance via Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment , Timed Up & Go test, 6-Metre Walk Test & grip strengthTimepoint: Baseline;To quantify & compare key ultrasonographic structural parameters including echogenic intensity, circumference, pennation angle & muscle thickness with clinical spasticity grading using Modified Ashworth Score between selected paretic & non-paretic muscles in upper & lower limbs of stroke survivorsTimepoint: Baseline;To measure muscle stiffness in spastic muscles using Shear wave Elastography compare these measurements with clinical spasticity grading using Modified Ashworth Score in stroke survivorsTimepoint: Baseline
