Intervention1: Nil: Nil Intervention2: HIJAMA BIL-SHART (WET CUPPING) AND HIJAMA BIL-NAAR (FIRE CUPPING): Hijama will be accomplished after 5 days on each patient at Lumbosacral region, thigh and calf

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Irrespective of the gender between 18 to 65 years of age, Clinically diagnosed case of Sciatica. Controlled cases of Diabetes. (RBS Less than 200mg/dl)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic, Infective condition of spine. Patients who fail to give consent. Pregnancy. Clinically diagnosed case of pott`s spine. Any neurological disorder. Uncontrolled case of Diabetes Mellitus. Hypertension. Anaemia. Patient with any severe systemic illness. Any bleeding disorder. Lumber Spondylolisthesis. Mentally retarded and Epileptic patient.
