Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Irrespective of the gender between 18 to 65 years of age, Clinically diagnosed case of Sciatica. Controlled cases of Diabetes. (RBS Less than 200mg/dl)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic, Infective condition of spine. Patients who fail to give consent. Pregnancy. Clinically diagnosed case of pott`s spine. Any neurological disorder. Uncontrolled case of Diabetes Mellitus. Hypertension. Anaemia. Patient with any severe systemic illness. Any bleeding disorder. Lumber Spondylolisthesis. Mentally retarded and Epileptic patient.

To evaluate the efficacy of Hijam Bil-Shart and Hijama Bil-Naar in Irq al-Nasa. To stop the progress of mild pain into severe pain. Timepoint: 0, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th days
