Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric age less than 5 years 5 kg and weight more than 5 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative inotropic or mechanical circulatory support. Inadequate echocardiographic windows intraoperatively. Emergency or redo surgeries. Patients with CPB time of more than 120 minutes and aortic cross clamp time more than 90 minutes. Associated complex congenital heart defects requiring additional procedures (e.g., Tetralogy of Fallot, AVCD). Pre-existing severe RV dysfunction.

To determine optimal Cut off values of TAPSE/PASP ratio using ROC curve for predicting Low Cardiac Output Syndrome Duration of mechanical ventilation Mean Vasoactive Ionotropic Score over 24 hours Length of ICU stay. Timepoint: 24 hours of surgery
