Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the age group of 20- 50 years,irrespective of their gender,religion,economic status ,marietal status. 2.Patient of vyanga with chronicity less than 5 years. 3.Patient of vyanga having symptoms of Shyava Varna Yukta,(Hyperpigmentation) Niruja, Tanu Mandalas present over the face. 4.Stable melasma(no procedure-based treatments in prior 3 months;no new topical depigmentants in prior 4 weeks. 5.Willing to avoid other depigmenting agents and to adhere to photoprotection advice. 6.Able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 20 years and more than 50 years 2.Pregnancy or lactation; planning pregnancy within study period. 3. Active facial dermatoses (e.g., acne with inflammatory lesions, dermatitis) that may confound assessment. 4. History of any Hypersensitivity to any study ingredients (perform patch test). 5. Systemic retinoids in prior 6 months; topical retinoids, hydroquinone, corticosteroids, chemical peels, or laser therapy in prior 4 8 weeks. 6. Significant hepatic/renal disease or immunosuppression. 7. Participation in another interventional trial within 30 days. 8. Congenital melasma (patches over face since birth) 9.Having viral infection like herpes 10.Patient having systemic diseases like HTN,DM,Thyroid Disorder 11.Inflammatory Pigmentation 12. Past and present history of skin disease like psoariasis, vitiligo, person suffering any bacterial and fungal infection or any skin infection or under medication with antibiotics and anti fungals.
