Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Duration - Acne present for at least 3 months prior to enrollment. Treatment washout - Not currently using effective anti-acne therapy. No homoeopathic systemic treatment for acne in past 4 week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Gender - female patients Endocrine or medical conditions : known endocrine disorders that can cause acne, Uncontrolled systemic illness (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, severe hepatic/renal disease) that would interfere with treatment or assessment.
