Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy trainees (GHQ-12), age group from 13 years to 30 years. Trainees who are undergoing a structured training to enhance the cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trainees with any Neurodevelopmental disorders. Trainees who are undergoing any other intervention which affects cognition. Trainees who are participating in any other research are excluded. People with neuropsychiatric disorders are excluded. People who are practicing yoga for 3 months at least 1 session per week.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Raven s progressive matrices (RPM)-To measure the changes in the fluid intelligence RPM questioners will be used.Timepoint: 2 time points- Baseline and Day 41.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Simple reaction time - To measure the speed of psychomotor processing, simple reaction time test will be used.Timepoint: 2 time points- Baseline & day 41.;Digit symbol substitution test (DSST) - To measure the working memory, attention & information processing speed, digit symbol substitution test will be used.Timepoint: 2 time points- Baseline & day 41.
