Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Grade one patients aged eighteen to thirty years requiring bilateral orthodontic premolar extraction and willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy to nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs, history of peptic ulcer disease, pregnant or lactating women, history of respiratory illness, cases requiring open extraction and patients unwilling to participate
