Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals recently diagnosed with cancer who have not received any medical or surgical intervention for cancer so far.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were critically ill and had been receiving intravenous fluids, patients who had received intravenous fluid or blood in the last 15 days, patients suffering from acute infections with raised WBC count and raised C-reactive protein (CRP), and cancer patients who received medical or surgical interventions previously
