Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer NSCLC stage I III Patients currently undergoing radiotherapy with or without concomitant chemotherapy Age between 40 60years Medically stable and able to perform breathing exercises. Patients who can understand and follow instructions for Inspiratory Muscle Training (IMT). Willingness to participate in the 4-week training program. Patients who provide written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other types of cancer Patients with severe cardiovascular or Neuromuscular conditions that contraindicate IMT Patients with cognitive impairments or psychiatric disorders that prevent understanding instructions Patients who have undergone thoracic surgery within the last 6 weeks. Patients with active respiratory infections or uncontrolled Comorbidities uncontrolled asthma COPD exacerbation Patients with metastatic disease or severe pleural effusion limiting exercise tolerance
