Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational runners who runs twice a week since 6 months Participants who willingly participate in the study Individual who are able to understand and respond to the questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals having history of traumatic injury or surgery of knee Individuals who are diagnosed which other knee conditions[for example: Osteoarthritis , Meniscal tear, Ligament tear]
