Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18-40 years requiring dental extraction in bilateral arches under local anaesthesia ASA I and II patients without any systemic illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who fall under ASA III and IV Pregnant patients and Lactating mothers Patient with history of any drug allergy

Postoperative pain at the extraction site assessed using Visual Analogue Scale and soft tissue wound healing at the extraction site using Landry et al healing indexTimepoint: 3rd postoperative day and after 1 week

Improvement in quality and rate of intraoral wound healing following topical application of Vitamin ETimepoint: 3rd postoperative day and after 1 week
