Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers who are apparently healthy. Volunteers between age group of 18 to 60 years. Volunteers who provide informed consent form for Virechan karma. Volunteerts fit for Virechan Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers contraindicated for Virechan Karma as per classics. Volunteers below 18yrs and above 60yrs of age. Individuals with severe Gastrointestinal Diseases. Volunteers having uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Pregnant women and lactating mothers.

To assess the efficacy of Virechan Karma over the Gut Microbiome modulation and its potential role in restoring microbial balance and overall health Timepoint: 33 days

MeasureTime frame
a)To compare gut microbiome alterations in subjects undergoing Virechan Karma versus a control group. b)To analyse biochemical changes before and after the intervention. Timepoint: 33 days
