Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for beachside dwellers 1. Adults aged 18 45 years. 2. Adults of selected coastal areas of Udupi District for at least 1 year. 3. Those living within 1.5 kilometers from the shoreline (beachside group). 4. Able to read and understand Kannada or English and respond to the questionnaire. 5. Willing to participate and give informed consent. Inclusion Criteria for non-beachside dwellers 1. Adults aged 18-45 years. 2. Adults of non-coastal areas of Udupi district for at least 1 year. 3. Adults residing more than 1.5 km away from the shoreline. 4. Able to read and understand Kannada or English and respond to the questionnaire. 5. Willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for beachside and non beachside dwellers 1. Adults with severe psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment affecting response. 2. Those currently hospitalised for major physical or mental illness. 3. Adults who are temporary visitors or staying less than 1 year in the study area
