Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having a classical sign and symptoms of Nadivrana (sinus) with external opening on the surface of the body. 2. Patients having Nadivrana (Sinus) due to Abscess, infections, infected wounds. 3. The length of Sinus tract up to 4 cm To 5 cm 4. Age group is in between 18 To 50 years 5. Both Male and Female patients can be included. 6. Patients with Chronic or recurring Nadivrana that have not healed with previous treatments. 7. After informed consent, the patient must be willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.People with serious health problems like Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Heart disease, Kidney disease, AIDS, Tuberculosis etc. 2. Age group below 18 years and above 50 years. 3. People with poor hygiene or who do not follow treatments. 4. Patients with Osteomyelitis Followed by Sinus. 5. If the Nadivrana wound is due to Tuberculosis, Cancer or Crohn s disease
