Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1]fistula in ano patients who underwent apamarga ksharasutra treatment over past 5 years at government ayurveda hospital tripunithura 2]patient with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1]Patients whose contact details are not available. 2]Deceased patient in the time of data collection. 3]Patients with history of any anorectal surgeries after Apamarga ksharasutra application
