Interventions

Intervention1: Russian current associated with Stabilization exercises for 4 weeks: Russian current will be given along with stabilization exercises to experimental group for 3session/week for 4 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female subjects. 2. Subjects age group between 20-40 years. 3. Subjects classified a LFI(Lumbar Flexion Impairment Syndrome) and LEIS(Lumbar Extension Impairment Syndrome) according to Sahrmann s model. 4. NPRS score between 3-8. 5. Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) score between 20-80%. 6. Subject with chronic mechanical low back pain more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently undergoing medication or having received physical therapy treatment in the previous month. 2. Subjects with Inflammatory pathologies such as Ankylosing Spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis etc 3. Nerve root compromise (disc herniation with neurological compromise, spinal stenosis, etc). 4. Spinal pathologies like fracture of lumbar spine or pelvis, tumour, lower limb and spinal structural deformity (scoliosis, spondylolisthesis etc), previous spinal surgery. 5. Pre-diagnosed cardio respiratory diseases or neurological disorders (stroke, SCI etc). 6. Individuals with pacemakers or metal implants. 7. red flag sign including thoracic pain, previous history of carcinoma etc. 8. steroid injection (in last 3 month). 9. Pregnant and breastfeeding women. 10. Any local skin disorder and impaired local skin sensation on lower back. 11. Non-co-operative and psychologically unstable subjects
