Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menarche-participants whose menstrual cycle have been started Trained for more than or equal to 5 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant Athletes Currently any use of Hormonal Contraceptives in during the study Present Injuries preventing the athlete from training of 2 weeks or more than 2 weeks
