Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers 18 25 years providing written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic illness, medication influencing appetite/stress, pregnancy, lactation, or unwillingness and any other systemic disorders

The study aims to correlate consumption patterns of hyper-palatable foods (as a Proxy for Rajasika Ahara), Stress Response, and Physiological Parameters. This study will provide quantitative evidence connecting over stimulating dietary habits with stress physiology, thereby offering scientific validation for the concept of Rajasika Ahara as HPF. The findings are expected to inform diet-based stress management and preventive health strategies, promoting a meaningful integration between Ayurveda and modern nutritional sciences.Timepoint: 90 days
