Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Basketball players between 18-30 years 2.both male and female basketball players will be included. 3.Basketball players who have experience of more than 1 year. 4.Basketball players should have 3 to 5 training session/week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any other musculoskeletal injury / disorder in lower limb. 2.History of any neurological, cardio-pulmonary, and psychological disorder. 3.Player having any metal implant in the body. 4.Players involved in any other game. 5.Any other condition that may affect the participation of the players.
