Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are already diagnosed with migraine will be included Only subjects who agree to participate will be included Subjects aged 10 to 19 years can take part regardless of their economic background Only subjects with a MIDAS score above 11 will be included. Subjects must agree to take only homeopathic treatment and attend monthly follow-ups for 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with known neurological disorders and other pathological or systemic disorders will not be included Subjects with a history of head injury will not be included Subjects who are undergoing other conventional treatment will not be included Subjects who are on hormone replacement therapy for PCOD and amenorrhea will not be included Subjects who are on prophylactic medication and supplements will not be included Subjects with complications of migraine according to ICHD such as status migrainosus persistent aura without infarction migrainous infarction and migraine aura triggered seizure will not be included

Improved Subjects having MIDAS Score less than or equal to 30 percent from the baseline score will be considered as improved Not Improved Subject having no significant improvement more than or equal to 30 percent baseline MIDAS score Subjects who are having the same score as before are considered to be not improvedTimepoint: once in 15 days for 2 months and later ONCE IN A MONTH for 4 months study duration is for 18 months
