Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA PS I & II, undergoing short surgical surgeries (duration up to 30 minutes) under deep sedation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal History of any allergy to related medications Patients with psychiatric history myopathy with neurological disease Patients with kidney disease severe pulmonary and heart disorders Active GI bleeding Obesity BMI more than 30kg/m2 Pregnant woman
