Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students having hamstring tightness with more than 20 degrees of knee extension deficit following active knee extension test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal disorders or pain involving lower limb and lower back. Participants with all the neurological conditions which affect the sitting rising performance. Participants with history of any recent Trauma. Participants with recent abdominal or lower limb surgeries. Participants with a history of heart problems or cardiovascular conditions or pulmonary conditions. Participants with any psychological disorders. Participants who are already involved in any kind of fitness regime.
