Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of either sex between age group of 40-60 years. Apparently healthy individuals of Ekadoshaja Pradhana Prakriti will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with implantation of cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators. K/C/O Neurological disorder or Neuromuscular transmission disorder. Individuals suffering from weakness of the upper or lower limb or with any myopathy. Individuals suffering from Systemic disorders like Diabetes Mellitus or Hypertension. Individuals already diagnosed with any uncontrolled or long-standing systemic illness.
