Intervention1: Group-B: Inj Ondansetron 6mg: Patients will receive intravenous ondansetron 3ml just before giving spinal anesthesia
Each ml contains 2mg of ondansetron

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 2 parturients who are primigravida patients aged between 18 to 30 years who are udergoing Elective LSCS under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal. 2.Patient history of allergy to local anaesthetic. 3.Patient with bleeding diathesis. 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases with QT prolongation 5. Pre eclamptic and gestational hypertensive patients on anti-hypertensive medications. 6. Patient having neurological disorders. 7. Patient with spine abnormalities 8. Local site infection.
