Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of any age with symptoms after the use of antibiotics, steroids, oral contraceptives, post-vaccination and chemotherapy and are reluctant to continue with conventional treatment. Patients who can self rate the symptoms or can ake assistance from parents or guardians. Patients willing to participate, give complete history, take medications and follow up regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients incapable of giving proper history, on long term medications, psychiatric illnesses, life threatening conditions, with history of substance abuse or addictions and who require regular laboratory monitoring.

Decrease in more than 2 points is significantly improved, 1-1.9 points decrease is moderately improved, less than 1 point is no improvement and increase in score is worsening of symptoms.Timepoint: Each patient will be scheduled for follow up every 15 days for 2 months and then every month for the rest of 4 months. frequencies may vary according to prognosis.
