Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Age 18 to 22 years Normal BMI athletic training in at least 1 year Sprinter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent fracture Recent dislocation Deformity in lower limb Recent Musculoskeletal injury Poor BMI Any surgery in lumbar or abdomen
