Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with typical clinical features of acute ankle sprain and clinically diagnosed as grade 1 or 2 presented within initial 72 hours of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with fractures, dislocation and open wounds in and around ankle and foot Participants with H/o reconstructive surgery to ankle and foot Known case of diabetes mellitus Corticosteroids or anticoagulants use
