Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents who are in Grades 8 and 9 in the age group of 13 to 16 years 2. Adolescents regularly attending selected schools 3. Adolescents with regular access to screens (smartphones, tablets, computers) and with consent for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents with medical conditions that limit participation in physical activities. 2. Adolescents with chronic health conditions, disabilities, or diagnosed psychological disorders 3. Absenteeism during pre- or post-test data collection 4. Students participating in similar external health programs 5. Adolescents who are not willing to participate.

MeasureTime frame
This study will help in promoting healthy screen time behavior among adolescents. A significant improvement in physical, mental, behavioral and cognitive health is expected among adolescents. School-based multi-component interventions will promote sustainable enhancement of student wellness, psychological state, social conduct, and cognitive achievement.Timepoint: Pre-Intervention Phase (Baseline Assessment): Conduct pre-test to assess screen time behaviour. 2.Intervention Phase (Multi-Component Health Promotion Interventions): Experimental Group: Receives Multi-Component Health Promotion Interventions which includes the interventional components of physical activity programs, behavioural change technique, mindfulness practices,stress management workshop and Digital detox training of healthy mobile habits. and follow-up sessions. Control Group: Receives routine guidance by teachers. 3.Post-Intervention Phase (Evaluation & Follow-Up): Post-test at 8 weeks and follow up at 16 weeks
