Intervention1: Dexamethasone 4mg: 4mg dexamethasone added in (0.25%) bupivacaine to make a total volume of 20mL given as 10 mL on each side for bilateral TAP block.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II scheduled for elective lower abdominal surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA III and above with coagulopathy diabetes known allergic to local anesthetics and infection at the surgical site
