Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 45 years and above who has attained natural menopause atleast 1 year ago Subjects with Confirmed hypocalcaemia that is Serum Total calcium is less than 8.5 mgdL and with atleast one symptom of hypocalcaemia Subjects who are willing to participate in the study by providing a complete and accurate history of their presenting complaints past medical treatments and relevant details as per homoeopathic casetaking and who agree to take the prescribed treatment as advised and attend follow up visits regularly as schedule
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are on current use of calcium vitamin D supplements Subjects with surgical history of parathyroidectomy or with endocrine disorders chronic kidney disease malabsorption syndromes like crohns disease liver disorders history of malignancy and osteomalacia which affect calcium levels Subjects with history of use of medications affecting calcium metabolism like biphosphonates glucocorticoids diuretics etc
