Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which were based on the signs and symptoms of kaphaja shiroroga explained in ayurvedic classics and sinusitis as per modern science. Patients of either gender above the age of 18 and below 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dhoompana ayogya. Patients suffering from other type of shiroroga. Referred pain in head due to any other disorders of eye, ear, throat, teeth etc. Patients having any systemic illness like known case of diabetes, hypertension and any head injury or diagnosed cases with notable neurological disease.
