Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses with atleast 6 months of experience in their current role. Nurses working in patient care in Emergency, Trauma care, Intensive Care Unit, Oncology and Cancer Care, Neonatology and Paediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses in administrative or non-clinical roles. Nurses who have participated in similar studies within the past 12 months to avoid response fatigue or biased data. Nurses who have been on extended leave within the past 6 months and are not actively engaged in the workplace.
