Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Married woman with age group 18 to 35yrs of age 2. Patients with Vit D less than 30ng/ml 3. Patients with Oligomenorrhoea, Secondary Amenorrhea last 3 months 4. Patients with Polycystic ovarian syndrome 5.Patients with Anovulatory infertility 6.Hypothyroidism 7.Patient whoever are able to attend the therapeutic session for a maximum of 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Taken Vit D supplements last 4 wks. 2.Systemic illness such as Diabetes, Respiratory diseases, Cardiac diseases 3.Females with congenital defects in genital organs 4.Female with malignancies like primary ovarian failure. 5.Hyperprolactinemia
