Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals having BMI more than 25 and individuals having BMI 18.5-24.9. Individuals of age group 19-30. Individuals not having any comorbidity such as any respiratory disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy. 2. Bronchial Asthma, Bronchiectasis, Emphysema. 3. Addiction Tobacco, Alcohol, Smoking 4. Exercising Individuals (more than 1 year). Exercise like Yoga, Pranayama, Gym.
