Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged above 18 years with Helicobacter pylori positive dyspepsia confirmed by urea breath test attending the general Surgery department and willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of peptic ulcer diseases or malignancies and use of antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors or probiotics in the last four weeks and also known allergy to any drug in the triple therapy regimen and also pregnant or lactating women and patients with severe comorbidities or immunosuppression
