Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients complaining of painful menstruation for at least two consecutive cycles. 2)Age group menarche to 24 years 3)unmarried patients having regular menstrual cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having irregular menses,heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding 2)patients having pelvic pathology like uterine fibroid polyp endometriosis ovarian cyst PID History of malignancy of any pelvic organ. 3)Patients taking hormonal pills or analgesic.
