Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with signs and symptoms of gridhrasi subjects of age group 20-60 subjects fullfilling the diagsnostic criteria subjects fit fot basti karma subjects who signed the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with evidence of congenital anomalies of spine, spinal tuberculosis, neoplasm, traumatic fracture and epidural abscess. 2. Subjects who need surgical intervention 3. Subjects with other systemic disorder, uncontrolled Hypertension, uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, ischemic heart disease. 4. Pregnant women and Lactating Mother. 5. Subject with Alcohol dependency and Drug dependency.
