Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients aged 2 12 years. 2. Scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring neuromuscular blockade. 3. ASA physical status I or II. 4. Written informed consent obtained from parents/guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known hypersensitivity to sugammadex, neostigmine, glycopyrrolate, or neuromuscular blocking agents. 2. Renal impairment or renal failure. 3. Hepatic dysfunction. 4. Neuromuscular junction disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis). 5. Pre-existing neurological or psychiatric illness.
