Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 to 30 and 45 to 60 years 2. Healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cold intolerance or peripheral vascular disease, no known history of autonomic, cardiovascular, or neurological disorders
